Was us 2.5 pounds today, of course the first day of my challenge :( But, i figure it will fluxuate from day to day, so i'm not to concerned about it. I have done good today, Went to some familys house for dinner and had a chicken casserole, so i'm not sure how many calories. I tried to just eat a small serving, so i just put down 600 calories. I figure it was close. Did really well today. I didn't get to workout, usually i go walking at night, but because we were at familys, i couldn't. and i also didn't have my bender ball with me today, so i couldn't do it. Plan to exercise tomorrow, but tomorrow night is church, so i don't know if i will get to walk or not, but i'm going to try. Anyway...that was my day, and I plan on doing well tomorrow. And hopefully I will have a loss.
