I cannot remember the last time I was down to the 130's. Granted, it's the high 130's, almost 140, but still. I haven't seen 13_ in a very very long time!

Yay for me!! This is truly inspirational. If I can get down to 130 and remain there, I will be very content! Yay me!
63.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
