My routine:
5:30. Up. up Up!/dress
5:50. Get to gym
6:09-6:25. Treadmill to 3.5
6:30-6:55. Water weight cardio
7:00-shower
7:20-back home check in on mom/breakfast for her.
7:50 to work…8:05 at work…

Making me a priority. If a person like me that is not a morning person can make it happen, you can, find the way it can. Not the reasons it can’t.

I care for my mom. As well as work a FT job. I have a dog, a stressed out 19yr old and hubby at home too.. oh, and moms. I have depression, PTSD, anxiety disorder, hypothyroidism and type 2 diabetes.
