Avoiding processed carbs well. Have found low carb bread ( expensive ) but tried only one slice. We will see how it goes.
Back to my stalwarts: cauliflower ,celery and mushrooms
74.2 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
