Fell off the wagon but I’m back! Today was day 1 for me and I’ve only had 780 calories for today! Worried about whether I should eat dinner now or leave it at the low number! I also did a short workout this morning so I don’t want to overdo it. I weight 69kg, lost 3 and then went up to 74! Trying to get in shape fast
74.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
