Ok. So today is my first official day. So far so good. I've lost .4 since yesterday, which isn't much at all, but I'm just happy I didn't gain.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
