This week isn't historically good for me recording my weight on FS. This mornings # puts me at a 60 lb. loss for this same time frame since I began this journey in December 2014. Not record breaking or the speediest of losses that I've witnessed on here over the years, but I'm still proud of my achievement. The ups and downs have not deterred my course. I will some day be back in Onederland. Sooner I hope, than later, but not going to do anything drastic.
I have an Acupuncture appointment this afternoon, so fingers crossed for some relief, although I will have to drive myself home afterwards. It was an even rougher night last night, for which I have no idea, other than the stress of yesterday compounding the pain I was already in. I was supposed to get my blood panel done this morning but couldn't afford to be late and leave early, so will have to try again tomorrow.
