** 2 more pounds GONE **
I weighed this morning and was down 2 more pounds..That's 7 pounds in 1 week (my first week starting). And I plan to have many more pounds dissapear in the weeks to come. I had a mcdonalds apple pie for breakfast (instead of desert last night) and that satisfied me. You need to treat yourself every once in a while, and it was only 250 calories. I've got good plans for today. Plan on doing my bender ball, and going walking tonight, and hope to see more results this week.
I am so excited and glad that I have found this site. I haven't met a whole lot of people yet, but I am hopeing to. I just feel that there is so much motivation here. I never stick to do a diet more than 2-3 days, and I have been on this one for a week and am still going strong. So to everyone, for their motivation, Thanks!
