Didn't wanna record my dinner last night out of pure shame. Still need to learn better dining out habits. Weighed myself to measure the damage and was actually 0.2 down from yesterday. So at least I didn't totally tank myself. Slowly but surely getting there.
109.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
