BS of 103 this morning. In NC last weekend so no weigh in. Down 4.5 since last weigh in so am really happy seeing as we were on the road and eating out a lot while we were on vacation.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
