I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning. I have a feeling I went up just a couple of pounds. I did a mini cut where I dropped my calories to 1200 for a couple of weeks. Then I returned them to maintenance. I'll drop them starting Monday for another fat loss phase. I'll prep this weekend by going to the grocery and buying more meats to keep my protein up this time. I'd like to see the scale at 180 lbs soon.

Nice work. 1200 and lifting every day is pretty hardcore!

Jimmie, 1200 calories in itself is hardcore.

My strength sank like a rock! LOL. Luckily, it was short term.

There are a couple guys on YT - Malchef (sp?) and Cole Robinson - that lift fasted. Successfully. I tried that shit multiple times and always bonked after 4 or 5 days, basically once the glycogen stores were fully depleted. Then I took a harder look at their programs, and they are running in the 50-65% range, which is how they are able to sustain. Doh! Apparently they bounce right back to full strength once they start eating again...

I had watched a John Meadows video and he recommended eating something like 1200 calorie dinner the night before doing fasted training just so you have se gas in the tank

Jimmie - I could see that working for the 50-65% range. That's about where I was and I tried to push it. Rick - I like a lot of John's stuff. He was a great mentor to a lot of people.
