Didn't eat enough protein yesterday. Just did not feel like cooking. Vegetables just required heating up but got a little too many carbs. Really want my coca cola. My one addiction. More than just the sugar.

Well they may have good carbs but they are low in calories. No one got over weigh from vegetables, lol! They also help keep everything moving so they are an important part of Atkins, lol! Good luck!
