Well it's Friday and I've made it through 3 full weeks. WOOHOO!! I can honestly say that I'm proud of myself. Everyday hasn't been perfect, but I have not given up on a day just because I ate badly for one meal. Usually I eat something wrong and just throw the whole day away and use it as an excuse to indulge in everything else I've been craving. My goal for next week is to exercise AT LEAST 3 days, even if I just get out and walk for 30 minutes...
