I'm joining today at the request of my "fat buddy", Amy AAA. I've already lost almost 30 lbs, but would like to get down to my ideal wt of 134. I hope this is the tool that will help me get there!

Hey Fat Buddy! Lol, I'm not sure "fat buddy" is a good term to use, but kind of funny! We messed up a lil over the wknd, but I plan to stay with it during the week. I may need to borrow your truck to get that elliptical machine this week, k?
