Didn't do anything horribly wrong this week, although I did step off program a couple of times: 1. Had a sandwich on puff bread (if you cry during your workout because it's so hard, you should get a small cheat) 2. had peanuts a couple times this week because I didn't have time to go shopping for better snacks and it was the best choice in the snack machine.
To be honest, I did a crazy drop last week. I think the two pounds I gained back was because of a water-weight thing. We'll see what happens next week.
This weekend, I face my youngest daughter's birthday party -- at a pizza place with cake. (sigh)
