I was over 135 kg (I was not enough brave to see my weight "on the top").
Now 102 kg (I am 182 cm), I lose 33 kg in the last two years (14 kg in the last 4 months, thank you fatsecret).
A changed my whole life, I become Lacto-vegetarian and I start to go to the gym 3 times a week and do yoga on the other days.
My target weight is 80 kg, I know, now I will reach this. :)
