According to my measurements, my body fat at present is 32.38%.
Weight 234 pounds Waist 40 inches Wrist 7.5 inches Hips 51.5 inches Forearm 7.5 inches
Going back to May, and I'm having to estimate the wrist measurement since I don't have one...

that would be 32.44%. Hmmm.
This only pushes me slightly into the obese category for body fat. But my home scale measures me higher. I'm not sure what to think is more accurate. I would also question that it has hardly changed when I've been doing quite a lot of strength training??
