In an attempt to finish off the Easter eggs, I tried something different for breakfast this morning. I pealed & rinsed 2 eggs, sliced them in half (Deviled Egg style), and removed the yolk. Then I filled each half with a little Hummus and sprinkled them with ground black pepper. They were delicious!
I'm definitely going to do this the next time I'm entertaining or have the 'Girls' over. As you can imagine, they look just like Deviled Eggs, but a healthier choice and soooo good! :0)
