I have realized i eat way too meny carbs its prob half the reason i am losing weight so slow, not only that but i havent been exercise as much as i should...new goal less then40% carbs step up exercise and add more fruit and vegs...oh and on fri my hubby and i did our measurements i have lost 2 inch since the end of jan...(still not ready for a weigh in i know itreally hasnt changed so mayb next week)..
