I feel so guilty about eating so much even though I am below my 2200kcals. Things are back to normal tomorrow so I will be good. My downfall this weekend was the small piece of pecan pie at lunch and the small piece of sponge cake at dinner. NOT AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my health is at stake here

just up your exercise for a day or three and you'll be fine! Sounds to me you craved some "ready to use" sugars... maybe eat a little more healthy carbs an hour before you know there will be temptation?
