Well another day done and dusted! Very trying day because my children are home for the weekend but I managed to avoid the junk food. However, I did not eat enough. Its fine though I will survive.

yeah kids do that... i had two friends in a sleep over, ate at least 1000 kcalories because of the stress it gave me...
