idk, I've started walking this week with 5lb weights and I've been eating more calories (very clean calories) but it is always later in the evenings. I fast until noon daily so my calorie consumption has an eight hour time frame. Yesterday, I walked with no energy and laid around most of the day trying to recoup from walking and mowing a huge yard on foot the day before. I'm only 5'1" and it seems I have to eat like a bird to maintain a good looking weight. I just refuse to be hungry and always wanting that edge this time. I want to enjoy eating and like how I feel. Hanging in there with a hope that I am doing this right. I am losing slowly and I like what I eat so time will tell if my lifestyle of eating different will become a habit and I'll be happy and FULL.

Hang in there,you doing great,I was feeling too weak on keto diet since my carb and total carb carbs is too low and calories too and I work all day as a cleaner for nursing home,so I increased my calories and carbs and doing balance diet now instead of keto,I have more energy now and lifting plus cardio👌so slowly but we make it a lifestyle now not in a hurry to drop any lb.good luck ma’am
