it's all about not giving up. everyone can eat well and exercise for a week. but to keep going takes a lot of self love and commitment. you can and will win. just stay committed to giving yourself the love and care you deserve!

don't weigh yourself babe...i have been torturing myself also ,eating well and all but the scale wasn't moving.Realised that last year i lost alot of weight and i didn't have a scale then i just kept eating right till people started telling me i have lost weight and my clothes wouldn't fit.I put the scale away this morning because its so discouraging when the number just won't go down
