halo kak! kadang emang ada mempengaruhi siklus haid, tapi selama defkal 7 bulan dan turun 10kg aku gaada permasalahan di haid cuma 3 bulan akhir ini emang lagi ga haid.. kayanya emang karna aku makannya mood”an gitu & gaenak badan
