Hello you all. It has been sunny and warm here. The snow is melting fast. And the pounds are melting not as fast. But I do continue to lose. I find myself doing a lot of self talk. I need to concentrate on why I started this journey and not the end. I wanted to feel better and I do. I know I will even feel like exercising soon. Well have a good evening and will talk with you later.
