My legs are coming along very nicely again. Everytime I start to take Catalyst, they go straight to my legs LOL But I feel that each day, I become stronger. I am also beginning to run faster and longer, which I try not to make too obvious to Angel so she won't go crazy on me. She's already starting to get vicious about the jogging. Today she told us we could powerwalk, so Ericka and I began to walk. She turned to me and said, "Nope, NOT YOU. JOG." I tried to ignore her. She chased me. End of story: she won, I ended up jogging all the way through.

"When you're doing your wall sits, you have the option of not holding weights."

I look up at the ceiling, at the other wall... anywhere but where she's mugging me from the middle of the gym. Finally she sighs and gets my eight-pound weights, walks over to me, and puts the weight in my hands. Everyone starts laughing because not making eye contact doesn't work like it used to.

During wall sits, you lean against the wall with your legs at 90 degrees, and if you're being tortured like me, you have to hold a heavy ball or 8-pound weight above your head, or hold it out in front of you like a baby with a dirty diaper. When she says, "ADVANCED!" you're supposed to give it all you have for ten seconds. During wall sits, that means you move the weight up and then forward, up and then forward until she blows her whistle. Usually the wall sits are easy for me even when I'm down at a more acute angle, but the added weight kills me.
