If I have any advice at all about WW it's this...
DRINK YOUR WATER!!!!!
I've noticed I lose MUCH more weight the weeks I drink all my water. I can't say it enough ladies and gentleman, it's all about the water.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week

I drink about 3 sport bottles which are (I think) 3.5 cups each.... I hope thats enough!!!
