survived the two days of intermittent fasting on just 500 kcal a day. Exercised this afternoon with HIIT and showed great results, no fatigue. Back to my LC/HF plan. This morning I've baked some cheese-coconut flour puffs, some they came out just divine, also made some cheese and almond meal crackers all low carb, high fat! Soo cool!
