YAH! Very excited about this pound because the last time I did weight watchers I stopped at 176 and now i am officially past the hump I quit at last time!! YAH ME!!!

79.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg. Still to go: 13.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
