Gees, it's been a while since I've been on fat secret. Over the last two weeks, my diet has been "out the window"! I've gained 3 kilos since my last weigh in. Not surprised. I've been out to dinner where I've eaten 3 course meals (desserts being things like sticky date pudding with cream and ice cream) & for the last week, enjoying a holiday in Port Macquarie. I still went for an hour walk every day, but also drank cappuchinos and cake! Well' I'm back home again & back on my diet- again! :-)
