The month of February sucked. I had one health issue after another, haven't been to the gym in more than a month and gained like 7 or so lbs. Partially due to a thyroid crash and burn, until I have been back on the med for 2 weeks, I'm not recording the weight. On the up side, I am so much better. Headaches have subsided, the problems from teh drug interaction are gone, the bronchitis/sinus is just about totally gone, and the thyroid is on the rise. Finally not going to bed at 7pm! I plan on going to the gym tonight and try to get back into the swing. I know that my actual food intake has been ok. Not at the "losing"rate, but at the maintaining rate. Now that I'm feeling more normalized, i'll be a little more cautious.
So how is everyone else doing? I wish there were just highlights that I could skim for the last month!
