Day one was the only day that I met my caloric intake for the day. feeling a little discouraged as my number gets lower and lower again, I can see where I'm bloating due to my body not being used to eating this much a day. feeling discouraged, does anybody have words of advice?
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
