@crepesgerlong, hai kak, aku biasa kalau mau makan spt ini aku sisain sekitar 600an kalori, terus karna makan diluar aku ga nimbang jadi ya kira2 aja berat si basonya berapa, kuah baso bihun dan kawan2☺️
Mungkin kalorinya lebih dr yg aku input, but to me its ok.
Karna makan kegini cuma sesekali aja ga tiap hari, it wont make fat 🥰
