Ok -so today I got on the scale and I am down to 150 again. I have a hard time getting lower than this weight. I normally get stuck at 150 and can not lose any more. I am working out more than ever before and my scale is showing like a 2% loss in body fat. I am going to keep up what I am doing - hoping to get below 150.

Way to go, Yacki! I only dream of being at your weight. :)

You're probably converting from fat to muscle, Yacki. My weight stalled out at 164 for weeks, but I lost 2" in my waist so that's what was going on with me. Once you get the muscles going, they will burn more calories overall and you'll see the weight loss start up again. Just make sure you drink as much water as possible.

Thanks girls - I will keep up the workouts.
Tashaz- when I delivered both of my boys I was over 200lbs, I lost weight due to nursing - but then had it sneak back up on me when I stopped nursing when they were a year old. So I having been doing this yo yo weight thing for what feels like the last 8 years. I get down just to go back up again. So I know how it feels to struggle and not have much luck. ( I have had my best success with a diet product called isagenix, it is supposed to be a way to eat healthier - the side effect is you lose weight. A trainer at the gym asked me to try it since he did not need to lose weight and I fell in love with it. I was 175 last winter and lost down to 150 and have keep it off all winter - so now I am pushing to get even lower- so I don't have to worry so much. I just want to be healthier!!!)
