Good morning all my Fat secret friends, 8 pounds away from goal..been on low carb since January 3rd. Long hard struggle.. these last 10 pounds are the hardest! Thanks for your support I always knew you were there♥️😊

87.5 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg. Still to go: 3.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
