Just keep an eye on what I eat but have been drinking a beer here
and there which has added some weight. Time to moderate and start
keeping a closer eye on calorie intake
65.3 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
