I honestly go up on the scale by 1 or more kgs after I've eaten, and I also try to drink about two litres of water every day- and this reflects on the scale. so I find the best ti.e to weigh myself is first thing in the morning before i have consumed anything. but that being said, muscle notoriously weighs four times more than fat, so the loosing game is very much an up and down ride!

I think you're doing well. 4cm is MASSIVE. Give your body some time. It will adapt. No carbs lots of protien...
