OK - so I have totally changed my daily routine to incorporate this challenge. Have gone from getting up at 6 to getting up at 5 to make sure I can get my Julian Michaels workout in. I have also found a buddy at work that I have dedicated to do 20 minutes of some kind of exercise daily (be it walking or a video). I have continued to do my EA SPORTS Active 2 Personal Trainer for the WII each night. SO I have gone from being a total couch potato to putting exercise into my life. However I just feel awesome and just feel like I can't do enough. I know I have to move move move if I want to lose lose lose.

I do miss my shows. Thanks for the recordable TV - I can try to catch up on the weekends.
