I took my starting photo for my 1st challenge. UGHers! I do NOT like looking at my body. Posting it is even more dreadful. BUT, it is what it is. I look the way I look and if I ever plan to be happy skinny I need to learn to be happy fat! Otherwise I'll still be a fat girl in a skinny girls body! That is one thing I hope myself and all women will learn. Being fat can damage you psychologically! Losing weight is a LOT MORE mental than it is physical! We have to love ourselves as we are, and i believe that will make the journey that much easier!
