working on me. watching what I eat but, it's not working the way I planned it. 😒 I'm down about 7/8 lbs from 3 weeks ago. sleeve surgery soon. have to be ready. first appointment in this long process coming up on August 5th. hope I get the go ahead for next step. 2 years ago it was a big bust. I think I can. I think I can. I think I can. I have good friends helping me to stay on track this go round.

Thanks for the boost... my folks tell me,.....you don't need surgery....just stop eating so much. That's like saying stop breathing. ! I'm in my room away from people who down me. I get out and try try try to be comfortable in my skin.

Finding the root evil of why we over eat for each of us is one of the biggest goals. A lot of times [not always] some kind of trauma has led you to over eat; to make yourself feel better! It's how I gained the majority of my weight. I found solace in eating all kinds of new food to me during my dark period of depression. It wasn't just that I liked food and over ate. But obviously most won't understand it & that's OK! They are obviously misinformed! But if you can find the right kind of help you can better yourself and enlighten them as well! Just a few things to consider! Stay positive and keep inching towards your goals! Come here on the good days and the bad one's! Use the community to your advantage!
