Already looks like a big drop from last weigh in day, and if I’d logged the 76kg on the scales all over the weekend it would look even bigger, but truth be told it’s only a small drop from my previous low a couple of weeks ago. The fluctuations are very real!! Pleased to have dropped the water weight and still be seeing a downward trend.
