I didn't write in here last night. I was just trying to focus on keeping my mood light, watching TV and getting a good sleep. It's my hospital appointment this morning for my throat scan. I knew if I thought about it last night, I wouldn't get any sleep. So I got up at 6am, meditated, prayed, showered, dressed, ready to do this, positive thinking all the way! Can't eat breakfast yet coz my stomach is churning but I'm choosing to call it 'excitement' about getting the appointment over with and fixing my health, don't know if IL find out anything today but IL let you all know later how it went ❤️🙏
