I go to Ruby Tuesday with my fiance. I eat a veggie salad and he has ribs and onion rings.
I gained a pound!!!!! This sucks. Hope it goes away later

Sometimes I don't understand my weight gains and losses. Think over the long term. We didn't gain it all in one day. Look towards lighter tomorrow... :)

I agree with you, that does suck! Eating the veggie salad was the right thing to do. Congratulations on having the will power to do it. That is what we call a non scale victory.

Restaurant food has tons of sodium. It's most likely water weight. Drink extra water today and you should be fine in a couple of days.

Thanks you guys for all the support. I know I am not drinking enough water. I just get tired of staying in the bathroom. LOL
