Hi Everyone! I have officially hit the 15lb mark! I remember just a few months ago I was close to 170 and felt like it was almost impossible for me to get under 160. I made a mental switch and told myself that I would not give up, no matter what. I have consistently exercised and stuck to an 80/20 whole food healthy diet, and even when the scale may not have reflected my hard work, I stuck to it and it has paid off! I have another 18lbs to go to get to my goal, but I am more motivated than ever before. This app and everyone on here have been a major support system for me. I appreciate all of your posts, support, and comments and I hope that we all meet our goals and become healthier and happier people!
