So in all fairness I must also say as a woman over 50 trying to loose weight I have to look at the whole picture, including my hormones. When I started this program I also restarted natural progesterone replacement cream, and yesterday I added oral pregnenolone supplementation. I think my dosage may have been too high on the pregnenolone as I had trouble sleeping and seemed a bit amped up all day. I was not depressed as I have been, I did seem over emotional though, the same thoughts running through my head over & over again after someone irritated me. Am going to try and adjust the dosage.
