Hm, that pound and a half lost must have been a fluke. There is no way I gained that back. I did so well yesterday. Disappointing... It's hard to keep motivated when you see the scale go up.

Thanks for the buddy request and nice to meet you! You'll notice a common theme here in my/others' journals re: weight loss/gain. The numbers game is a frustrating one.
