I'm afraid July will not be my month lol 🙃 Working on maintaining while eating salty foods. Hard for my body to release the excess salt which further delays the disappearance of it. Going to the beach next week with all 4 of my babies, been 10 years since we have been, and it will be my 2 youngest first timeā¤. Thankful I can afford to this year. Will report back in August and hit it just as hard, if not harder. On another note, I did sign up for a Half Marathon that will take place on October 31st. To help keep me accountable and keep me active! This week is my second week of training and I have already been able to shave off 5 mins of my run time from last week. Or some of you real runners may call it jogging lol. Anywho, I was at a 15 min mile last week and this week at a 12 min mile 😁. That is my goal is to keep a 12 min mile pace for the Half Marathon 🤞🤞.
