Ladies brunch today. Amazing meal in the city complete with drinks, 3 to be exact. Not a shred of guilt either. I put in 4.48 mi on the treadmill.

I went shopping last night and prepared meals for the week: high in lean protein, a variety of vegetables and fruits, very low in processed foods/simple carbs.
