Rode my bicycle for my commute yesterday, 10 miles. Fell down a little on the oreo sundae that our host made us with dinner last night, but didn't overdo it. With the "handful of snap peas and a single chicken tender" lunch I think it all balanced out to a net improvement.
And I don't know if it was the camping/hiking weekend combining with yesterday or just the amount of junk in my system that let go when the very hilly ride was over, but I am finally off the 235 line. Here is hoping it isn't a temporary tick but a real sustainable loss.
