We ran out of groceries yesterday, so I had to figure out what we were going to eat yesterday and run to buy some things. We had Enchilada Lasagna for dinner, grilled chicken in whole wheat wraps with romaine, tomato, and brown mustard for lunch, and for a snack I had a half chocolate smoothie, some low-sodium lime chili mixed nuts, and I split a Clif bar with my client. lol. Today is our day of buying all the groceries for the week and I have all that planned out.

I lost 1.2 lb from yesterday, but yesterday I had gained 1.2 lb from the previous day, so it was kind of a wash. My lowest weight so far this diet has been 145, and I'm 1.6 lb from THAT right now. Need to kick it up a notch. Tonight Jason is coming to the gym with me and we are going to figure out how to adapt the Abs Diet circuit to the weight machines, and also how much weight is proper for me on each machine. I look forward to it.
